De plus, elle pr\u00e9sente un faible apport calorique et favorise l&rsquo;\u00e9limination des toxines.<br \/>\nServie chaude ou froide, la tomate dans une soupe est pleine de sant\u00e9 et de fra\u00eecheur. Dans une casserole, faire revenir dans un peu d&rsquo;huile l&rsquo;oignon coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s.<br \/>\n2. Couper les tomates et les courgettes en d\u00e9s, \u00e9mincer l&rsquo;ail, les rajouter dans la casserole.<br \/>\n3. Assaisonner avec le thym, le sel et le poivre.<br \/>\n4. Ajouter environ 30-35cl d&rsquo;eau. Laisser mijoter environ 30 min.<br \/>\n5. Mixer et rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement.<br \/>\n6.
