On les appelle \u00e9galement Menele dans le Bas-Rhin et Bonshommes dans le reste de la France. Au petit d\u00e9jeuner avec caf\u00e9 au lait ou, mieux, un vrai chocolat chaud, c&rsquo;est un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g de farine<br \/>\n2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n120 g de beurre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<br \/>\n80 g de sucre en poudre<br \/>\n20 g de levure de boulanger<br \/>\n10 g de sel<br \/>\n30 cl de lait<br \/>\ndes raisins secs pour la d\u00e9coration (facultatif)<br \/>\n1 jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf dilu\u00e9 avec un peu de lait pour la dorure<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2009\/12\/10\/946-manalas-de-la-st-nicolas\/manalas-de-la-st-nicolas-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2597\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/12\/Manalas-de-la-St-Nicolas-1.jpg?resize=450%2C396\" alt=\"\" title=\"Manalas de la St Nicolas\" width=\"450\" height=\"396\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2597\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Battre les 2 \u0153ufs avec le sucre.<br \/>\n2.M\u00e9langer la farine, le sel et la levure. Creuser un puits et y verser les \u0153ufs battus. M\u00e9langer et p\u00e9trir 15 min.<br \/>\n3.Ajouter le beurre mou et p\u00e9trir 5 min. Laisser reposer 1h30. <\/p>\n<p>4.Ecraser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la p\u00e2te. La couper en 16 morceaux \u00e9gaux.<br \/>\n5.Pour chaque morceau, couper 1\/4 de la p\u00e2te et former une petite boule pour la t\u00eate. Fa\u00e7onner ensuite le reste en un cylindre et le poser sur la plaque de cuisson en l&rsquo;aplatissant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.
