Couper ce zeste en fine julienne.<br \/>\n3.Blanchir 1 min et jeter l&rsquo;eau. Remettre sur le feu avec de l&rsquo;eau et laisser cuire doucement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le zeste soit tendre.<br \/>\n4.Dans une autre casserole, mettre l&rsquo;eau et le vin, le sucre et tous les condiments sauf le miel. Cuire doucement 10 min. environ puis ajouter le miel dans le liquide bouillant.<br \/>\n5.Laisser ti\u00e9dir, ajouter le zeste en julienne.<br \/>\n6.Enlever le blanc des oranges tr\u00e8s soigneusement sans blesser la fine membrane.
