Cette tradition culinaire reproduit, en fait, un autre rite li\u00e9 \u00e0 la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du solstice d&rsquo;hiver selon lequel lors de la veill\u00e9e de No\u00ebl on faisait br\u00fbler dans l&rsquo;\u00e2tre une tr\u00e8s grosse b\u00fbche. <\/p>\n<p>La disparition des grands \u00e2tres met fin \u00e0 cette coutume mais elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9e par la d\u00e9gustation du g\u00e2teau. Sa date de naissance reste inconnue mais de nos jours il est devenu par excellence le dessert traditionnel de No\u00ebl en France. <\/p>\n<p>On la trouve dans toutes les p\u00e2tisseries de quartier, chez les grands chefs p\u00e2tissiers qui d\u00e9bordent d&rsquo;imagination chaque ann\u00e9e, et bien entendu chez les glaciers. Pourquoi ne pas innover cette ann\u00e9e en la fabriquant et en la d\u00e9corant vous-m\u00eame ? Voici une recette simple mais d\u00e9licieuse : <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>18 biscuits cuill\u00e8re<br \/>\n1 plaque de chocolat \u00e0 p\u00e2tisser<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de lait<br \/>\n1 noix de beurre<br \/>\ndu kirsch<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/12\/buche-_biscuits-1.jpg?resize=500%2C333\" alt=\"buche-_biscuits\" title=\"buche-_biscuits\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-906\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Couper le bout arrondi des biscuits cuill\u00e8re.<br \/>\n2.Faire fondre le chocolat avec le lait au bain-marie. Quand il est fondu, ajouter le beurre et m\u00e9langer. Laisser ti\u00e9dir, il ne doit pas \u00eatre trop liquide.<br \/>\n3.Allonger le kirsch avec de l&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\n4.Tremper rapidement 6 biscuits cuill\u00e8re dans ce m\u00e9lange, puis les disposer sur un plat recouvert d&rsquo;un papier d&rsquo;aluminium. 6.Napper de chocolat fondu \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule.<br \/>\n7.R\u00e9p\u00e9ter deux fois l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration en superposant les couches de biscuits, puis recouvrir \u00e9galement les c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la b\u00fbche avec le chocolat.<br \/>\n8.Saupoudrer avec des miettes de biscuits.
