{"id":884,"date":"2009-11-29T11:06:01","date_gmt":"2009-11-29T09:06:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/?p=884"},"modified":"2009-11-29T11:06:01","modified_gmt":"2009-11-29T09:06:01","slug":"mousse-de-brocoli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2009\/11\/29\/884-mousse-de-brocoli\/","title":{"rendered":"Mousse de brocoli"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le brocoli, riche en nutriments essentiels, pratique \u00e0 cuisiner et facile \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer, fait partie de ces \u00ab\u00a0l\u00e9gumes-sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb dont la consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re est recommand\u00e9e par les nutritionnistes.<\/p>\n<p>Voici la recette d&rsquo;une mousse de brocoli :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 2 ramequins)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 brocoli<br \/>\n1 \u0153uf<br \/>\n2 cs cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n1 poign\u00e9e de lardon<br \/>\nun peu de fromage<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/11\/mousse-de-brocoli-1.jpg?resize=334%2C500\" alt=\"mousse-de-brocoli\" title=\"mousse-de-brocoli\" width=\"334\" height=\"500\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-886\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Mettre dans le four un r\u00e9cipient rempli d&rsquo;eau et pr\u00e9chauffer \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Couper le brocoli et faire cuire 10 min dans de l&rsquo;eau l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sal\u00e9e. R\u00e9server 2 &#8211; 3 t\u00eates pour la d\u00e9coration.<br \/>\n3.Passer le brocoli au mixeur avec l&rsquo;\u0153uf et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Assaisonner.<br \/>\n4.Verser dans les ramequins.<br \/>\n5.Mettre les lardons. D\u00e9poser les t\u00eates de brocoli et le fromage.<br \/>\n6.Mettre les ramequins dans le four, dans le r\u00e9cipient rempli d&rsquo;eau. Couvrir et cuire 20 \u00e0 25 min au bain-marie.
