Ils sont d\u2019une facilit\u00e9 d\u00e9routante \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, se cuisent en un tournemain, sont nourrissants et se cong\u00e8lent parfaitement bien. Et ils impressionnent par la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 surprenante d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9solument app\u00e9tissante !<\/p>\n<p>En voici la recette de muffins sal\u00e9s qui sont bien color\u00e9s mais faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>120g farine<br \/>\n1 cc levure chimique<br \/>\n1 petite bo\u00eete de thon avec son huile<br \/>\n1 \u0153uf<br \/>\n10g sucre<br \/>\n30ml lait<br \/>\n1\/4 carotte<br \/>\n1 grosse poign\u00e9e de brocoli cuit \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n1\/5 de b\u00e2ton de fromage de ch\u00e8vre<br \/>\nmayonnaise, sel et poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/11\/muffin-au-brocoli-et-au-thon-1.jpg?resize=334%2C500\" alt=\"muffin-au-brocoli-et-au-thon\" title=\"muffin-au-brocoli-et-au-thon\" width=\"334\" height=\"500\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-870\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Tamiser la farine 3 fois avec la levure.<br \/>\n2.Couper la carotte en julienne et le fromage en petit morceaux.<br \/>\n3.Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer l&rsquo;\u0153uf et le sucre.<br \/>\n4.Verser le thon avec son huile.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter dans l&rsquo;ordre 1\/3 farine, 1\/2 lait, 1\/3 farine, 1\/2 lait et farine. M\u00e9langer le minimum \u00e0 chaque fois.<br \/>\n6.Mettre enfin la carotte, le fromage et le brocoli en m\u00e9langeant grossi\u00e8rement.
