Un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00e2ble de lapin d\u00e9soss\u00e9<br \/>\n80g chorizo<br \/>\n1 potiron (petit)<br \/>\n80g foie gras<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/11\/rable-de-lapin-farci-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"rable-de-lapin-farci\" title=\"rable-de-lapin-farci\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-862\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Couper finement le chorizo.<br \/>\n3.Farcir le r\u00e2ble de lapin avec la chair du chorizo. Le rouler et le ficeler.<br \/>\n4.Faire po\u00ealer le r\u00e2ble dans du beurre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit bien dor\u00e9. Finir la cuisson au four pour 6 minutes environ. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>5.Couper le potiron en deux \u00e0 2cm de hauteur. Creuser la chair.<br \/>\n6.Assaisonner et faire cuire au four 15 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C.
