Mais n\u2019est-ce pas souvent les choses les plus simples les meilleures ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 lapin coup\u00e9 en morceaux<br \/>\n4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de moutarde de Meaux \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancienne<br \/>\n3 \u00e9chalotes<br \/>\n4 branches de thym frais (ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, thym en sachet)<br \/>\n20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n30 cl de vin blanc sec<br \/>\nhuile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2009\/11\/20\/848-lapin-au-thym\/lapin-au-thym-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2578\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/11\/Lapin-au-thym-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"\" title=\"Lapin au thym\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2578\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Emietter le thym sur une assiette. Badigeonner les morceaux de lapin avec la moutarde, puis roulez-les dans le thym \u00e9miett\u00e9.<br \/>\n2.Dans une cocotte, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et y faire revenir les morceaux de lapin en y ajoutant les \u00e9chalotes coup\u00e9es en morceaux. Quand le tout est bien dor\u00e9, verser le vin blanc, un peu d&rsquo;eau, saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n3.Au bout de 40 minutes de cuisson du lapin, ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et un peu d&rsquo;eau.
