Apparus au Pays de Galles aux alentours du XIe si\u00e8cle, ils sont tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandus dans les pays anglo-saxons, principalement aux \u00c9tats-Unis. C&rsquo;est donc une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 pas tout \u00e0 fait fran\u00e7aise mais qui s&rsquo;adapte d\u00e9licieusement bien au go\u00fbt fran\u00e7ais \ud83d\ude09 . <\/p>\n<p>Voici la recette de muffins aux p\u00e9pites de chocolat et \u00e0 la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e. Deux parfums qui se marient \u00e0 merveille !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>150 g de farine<br \/>\n150 g de sucre en poudre<br \/>\n2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n100 g de beurre fondu<br \/>\n1 yaourt nature<br \/>\n1 sachet de levure<br \/>\n1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n100 g de p\u00e9pites de chocolat<br \/>\n100 g de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/11\/muffins-1.jpg?resize=500%2C247\" alt=\"muffins\" title=\"muffins\" width=\"500\" height=\"247\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-807\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Battre vivement au fouet le sucre avec les \u0153ufs puis ajouter la farine, la levure, le sel, le yaourt et enfin verser doucement le beurre fondu. Bien m\u00e9langer le tout.<br \/>\n3.Incorporer ensuite la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e.<br \/>\n4.Puis ajouter les p\u00e9pites de chocolat. Bien m\u00e9langer de nouveau.<br \/>\n5.Remplir \u00e0 mi-hauteur les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2007\/05\/09\/19-jadooore-les-moules-en-silicones\/\">moules en silicone<\/a> (les beurrer avant si besoin) et mettre au four pendant 30 minutes.
