C&rsquo;est un petit g\u00e2teau feuillet\u00e9, genre mini-tartelette recouvert de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;origine de \u00ab\u00a0niflette\u00a0\u00bb serait \u00ab\u00a0ne flete\u00a0\u00bb, qui veut dire \u00ab\u00a0ne pleure pas\u00a0\u00bb. Autrefois, cette g\u00e2terie \u00e9tait distribu\u00e9e aux enfants pauvres qui, la larme \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il ou goutte au nez, attendaient les riches \u00e0 la sortie de l&rsquo;\u00e9glise.<\/p>\n<p>La niflette est devenu aujourd&rsquo;hui le rite dessert \u00e0 ne pas manquer pour le jour de la Toussaint.
