Et tout simple \u00e0 faire. <\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9pinards et le saumon, se marient \u00e0 merveille. En plus, c&rsquo;est une bonne id\u00e9e pour faire manger des \u00e9pinards aux enfants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 rouleau de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<br \/>\n350 g d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards<br \/>\n200 g de saumon frais ou surgel\u00e9<br \/>\n20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n3 \u0153ufs<br \/>\nsel, poivre<br \/>\n100 g de cantal r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/10\/quiche-saumon-epinards-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"quiche-saumon-epinards\" title=\"quiche-saumon-epinards\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-754\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Laver les \u00e9pinards, puis les faire cuire avec du beurre. Les refroidir et les \u00e9goutter ensuite les hacher grossi\u00e8rement.<br \/>\n3.Faire cuire le saumon (\u00e0 la vapeur ou avec de l&rsquo;eau non sal\u00e9e).<br \/>\n4.Dans un saladier, casser les \u0153ufs, ajouter la cr\u00e8me, le fromage et les \u00e9pinards. Saler et poivrer. M\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n5.Etaler la p\u00e2te dans un moule sans omettre de la piquer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette.<br \/>\n6.Disposer le saumon et verser la pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\n7.Laisser cuire au four pendant 30 \u00e0 40 minutes (selon le four) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la quiche soit bien dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Suggestion : pour une quiche plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re, remplacer la moiti\u00e9 de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche par la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de lait.
