Un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>   <\/p>\n<p>150g potiron<br \/>\n1 tranche de saumon<br \/>\n1 c \u00e0 s de beurre<br \/>\n1 gros c \u00e0 s de farine<br \/>\n100ml lait<br \/>\n1\/2 oignon<br \/>\nvin blanc pour la marinade<br \/>\nsel, poivre<br \/>\ngruy\u00e8re rap\u00e9 <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/10\/gratin-saumon-potiron-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"gratin-saumon-potiron\" title=\"gratin-saumon-potiron\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-743\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Retirer la peau du potiron, couper en petits morceaux.<br \/>\n2.Mettre au micro-onde environ 3 min.<br \/>\n3.Retirer la peau du saumon et le couper en cubes. Les mariner dans du vin blanc 15 min.<br \/>\n4.Couvrir chaque morceau de farine et faire griller dans une po\u00eale. Laisser reposer. Faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon dans friture du saumon.<br \/>\n5.Pour pr\u00e9parer le roux, faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole et y incorporer imm\u00e9diatement la farine \u00e0 feu doux (attention \u00e0 ne pas cramer).<br \/>\n6.Retirer du feu, verser le lait. \u00c9paissir la sauce \u00e0 feu doux en ajoutant sel et poivre.<br \/>\n7.A la fin, ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et potiron. M\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n8.Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, disposer potiron-cr\u00e8me et saumon en alternant.
