Actionner l&rsquo;appareil en versant juste un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pour r\u00e9duire le tout en pur\u00e9e onctueuse.<br \/>\n2.Ajouter du Tabasco, saler et poivrer au go\u00fbt. Arroser d&rsquo;un filet de jus de citron pour conserver la chair d&rsquo;avocat bien verte et lui donner une saveur suppl\u00e9mentaire.<br \/>\n3.Recouvrir d&rsquo;un film alimentaire et laisser mac\u00e9rer 1 h au frais.<br \/>\n4.D\u00e9couper le saumon en petits d\u00e9s. L\u2019assaisonner avec le sel et le poivre.<br \/>\n5.Dans un saladier m\u00e9langer le saumon, l&rsquo;oignon rouge, l&rsquo;ail, et le jus de limes. Couvrir d\u2019un film alimentaire et conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 1 heures, le temps que le poisson marine dans le jus de citron.<br \/>\n6.Au moment de servir, d\u00e9poser la mousse d&rsquo;avocat dans le fond d&rsquo;une verrine, recouvrir de ceviche de saumon.
