Sa caract\u00e9ristique est la pr\u00e9sence de poisson cru \u00ab\u00a0cuit\u00a0\u00bb dans le jus de citron vert et servi froid. Il existe tout de m\u00eame une infinit\u00e9 de fa\u00e7ons de le pr\u00e9parer, en variant les ingr\u00e9dients, le poisson mais aussi la fa\u00e7on dont celui-ci est coup\u00e9. Ainsi on distinguera le \u00ab\u00a0ceviche\u00a0\u00bb (cubes de poissons), du \u00ab\u00a0tiradito\u00a0\u00bb (lamelles de poissons fines coup\u00e9es en diagonale) et le \u00ab\u00a0tartare\u00a0\u00bb (morceaux grossi\u00e8rement coup\u00e9s). <\/p>\n<p>Peu importe la fa\u00e7on de pr\u00e9parer ce plat, c&rsquo;est toujours une merveille !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (2 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 tranches de pain polaire<br \/>\n200 g de filet de saumon sans peau<br \/>\n1 pinc\u00e9e de piment de Cayenne en poudre<br \/>\n2 citrons verts non trait\u00e9s<br \/>\n1 citron jaune<br \/>\n1 \u00e9chalote<br \/>\ncoriandre fra\u00eeche<br \/>\nsel, poivre<br \/>\nquelques feuilles de salade<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/10\/ceviche-saumon_tartine-1.jpg?resize=338%2C450\" alt=\"ceviche-saumon_tartine\" title=\"ceviche-saumon_tartine\" width=\"338\" height=\"450\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-725\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Couper le poisson en petits cubes. L\u2019assaisonner avec le sel, le poivre et le piment.<br \/>\n2.Presser le jus des citrons vert.<br \/>\n3.Peler \u00e0 vif le citron jaune, le couper en petits d\u00e9s.<br \/>\n4.Peler et \u00e9mincer tr\u00e8s finement l\u2019\u00e9chalote.<br \/>\n5.Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients et couvrir d\u2019un film alimentaire.<br \/>\n6.Conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 heures, le temps que le poisson marine dans le jus de citron.<br \/>\n7.Passer au grille pain les tranches de pain polaire, et disposer dessus la salade et le ceviche de saumon.
