Mais c&rsquo;est \u00e9galement parfait pour se r\u00e9chauffer, un soir d&rsquo;automne o\u00f9 il pleut des cordes&#8230;<br \/>\nDes oignons, du pain, du fromage et une cuisson douce&#8230; c&rsquo;est tout ! Un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 3 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 g d&rsquo;oignons jaunes (petits ou moyens, de la taille d&rsquo;une noix)<br \/>\n30 g de beurre<br \/>\nune cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe rase de farine (environ 10 g)<br \/>\n1 litre d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel fum\u00e9<br \/>\n1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre noir<br \/>\n9 tranches de baguette grill\u00e9es<br \/>\n100 g de Comt\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/10\/soupe-oignon-gratinee-1.jpg?resize=500%2C355\" alt=\"soupe-oignon-gratinee\" title=\"soupe-oignon-gratinee\" width=\"500\" height=\"355\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-710\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00c9plucher les oignons et les \u00e9mincer finement.<br \/>\n2.Dans une casserole, porter le litre d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br \/>\n3.Dans une grande casserole en inox faire fondre le beurre \u00e0 feu doux. Ajouter les oignons et couvrir. Poursuivre la cuisson des oignons jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils caram\u00e9lisent. M\u00e9langer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour que les morceaux dorent uniform\u00e9ment, sans br\u00fbler.<br \/>\n4.Ajouter ensuite la farine et m\u00e9langer vivement. Incorporer ensuite une louche d&rsquo;eau bouillante, fouetter et verser le reste d&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\n5.A feu moyen, laisser mijoter pendant 15 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la soupe ait r\u00e9duit d&rsquo;un quart.<br \/>\n6.Pr\u00e9chauffer le grill du four.<br \/>\n7.R\u00e2per le Comt\u00e9.<br \/>\n8.Verser la soupe \u00e0 l&rsquo;oignon dans trois bols individuels allant au four.
