Une soupe facile et savoureuse !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 poireau<br \/>\n100 g d&rsquo;oignons<br \/>\n200 g de pommes de terre<br \/>\n20 g de beurre<br \/>\n2 dl de lait<br \/>\n1\/2 l d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\nnoix de muscade<br \/>\nsel et poivre<br \/>\nbouquet de roquette<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/10\/poireaux-pommes-de-terre-1.jpg?resize=500%2C333\" alt=\"poireaux-pommes-de-terre\" title=\"poireaux-pommes-de-terre\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-691\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>1.Eplucher les poireaux et les oignons et les \u00e9mincer finement.<br \/>\n2.Dans une casserole, faire fondre le beurre et ajouter les poireaux et les oignons. Remuer, couvrir et faire \u00e9tuver 10 minutes.<br \/>\n3.Peler et couper les pommes de terre en lamelles. Les ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\n4.Assaisonner de sel, de poivre et de noix de muscade.<br \/>\n5.Verser l&rsquo;eau et le lait et m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n6.Mixer le potage en fin de cuisson. <\/p>\n<p>Suggestion : au moment de servir, parsemer de roquette hach\u00e9e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un incontournable de la cuisine familiale fran\u00e7aise.
