Un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g de pommes \u00e0 compote<br \/>\n20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n5 cl de calvados<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<br \/>\n1 citron non trait\u00e9<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de raisins secs<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel liquide<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es grill\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/10\/pommes-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"pommes\" title=\"pommes\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-672\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.M\u00e9langer les raisins secs avec le calvados et laisser mac\u00e9rer pendant 6 h au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br \/>\n2.Eplucher les pommes et les couper en petits d\u00e9s.<br \/>\n3.Extraire le zeste du citron.<br \/>\n4.Dans une casserole, faire fondre le beurre avec un fond d\u2019eau \u00e0 feu moyen.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter les zestes de citron et les morceaux de pomme. Saupoudrer de cannelle.<br \/>\n6.Laisser cuire 5 min \u00e0 couvert de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les pommes soient bien tendres.<br \/>\n7.Retirer du feu et \u00e9goutter. Retirer les zestes de citron et laisser les pommes refroidir.<br \/>\n8.Bien \u00e9goutter les raisins secs au calvados.<br \/>\n9.Dans un saladier, bien m\u00e9langer les raisins, les morceaux de pomme et le miel.<br \/>\n10.Battre la cr\u00e8me en neige bien ferme.<br \/>\n11.M\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement la cr\u00e8me battue avec les pommes et les raisins.<br \/>\n12.Verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans des verrines et garnir avec les amandes grill\u00e9es effil\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suggestion<\/strong> : vous pouvez \u00e9galement saupoudrer le dessert avec des miettes de biscuits sp\u00e9culoos \u00e9cras\u00e9s. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un dessert plein d\u2019onctuosit\u00e9 \u00e0 mi-chemin entre une compote et une mousse.
