Agr\u00e9able \u00e0 servir apr\u00e8s des plats doux-amers ou m\u00eame en guise de conclusion apr\u00e8s des pr\u00e9parations en sauce ou mijot\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>750gr de pommes<br \/>\n20gr de raisins secs<br \/>\n100gr de gel\u00e9e de pomme<br \/>\n20gr de cannelle en poudre<br \/>\n140gr de sucre fin semoule<br \/>\n1 citron<br \/>\n3 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/10\/pommes-meringuees-1.jpeg?resize=450%2C338\" alt=\"pommes-meringuees\" title=\"pommes-meringuees\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-657\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 160 \u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Eplucher les pommes et les couper en lamelles.<br \/>\n3.Les cuire \u00e0 couvert pendant 10 \u00e0 12 min avec tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019eau, 40gr de sucre, le jus et le zeste r\u00e2p\u00e9 du citron.<br \/>\n4.En fin de cuisson, saupoudrer les pommes avec la cannelle.<br \/>\n5.Remplir les ramequins en alternant pommes, gel\u00e9e de pomme et raisins secs.<br \/>\n6.Monter les trois blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige en y ajoutant le restant de sucre.<br \/>\n7.Recouvrir ensuite les ramequins avec cette pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\n8.Cuire au four pendant environ 10 min.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Voici un dessert l\u00e9ger d\u2019origine normande.
