Un r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 kg de potiron<br \/>\n200 g de sucre<br \/>\n150 g de farine<br \/>\n30 g de beurre fondu<br \/>\n3 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n250 ml de lait<br \/>\nar\u00f4me de vanille, fleur d&rsquo;oranger ou amandes am\u00e8res<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/10\/flan-de-potiron.jpg?resize=500%2C378\" alt=\"flan-de-potiron\" title=\"flan-de-potiron\" width=\"500\" height=\"378\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-627\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00c9plucher le potiron et couper la chaire en cubes.<br \/>\n2.La faire cuire dans un fond d&rsquo;eau environ 15 min. Bien l&rsquo;\u00e9goutter.<br \/>\n3.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n4.\u00c9craser grossi\u00e8rement \u00e0 la fourchette le potiron et y ajouter le sucre et la farine.<br \/>\n5.Ensuite ajouter peu \u00e0 peu lait, beurre, \u0153ufs et ar\u00f4me.<br \/>\n6.M\u00e9langer le tout.<br \/>\n7.Verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2007\/05\/09\/19-jadooore-les-moules-en-silicones\/\">moule en silicone<\/a> et faire cuire 45 minutes en surveillant. <\/p>\n<p>Suggestion : servir accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une boule de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/?p=605\">glace au potiron<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rapide et tr\u00e8s bon, ce plat satisfera tout les fans de potiron.
