Une fois les graines, les fibres et la peau retir\u00e9es, il vous r\u00e9galera en soupe, en pur\u00e9e, en gratin, en tarte, en tourte, en confiture&#8230;, voire en glace. En voici la recette !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glace au potiron<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> (6 personnes)<br \/>\n150g de pur\u00e9e de potiron<br \/>\n2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<br \/>\n75g de sucre<br \/>\n125ml de lait<br \/>\n125ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\nvanille <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/09\/potirons-1.jpg?resize=500%2C333\" alt=\"potirons\" title=\"potirons\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-609\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Battre les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs avec le sucre.<br \/>\n2.Dans une casserole, faire chauffer la cr\u00e8me et le lait. Ajouter la vanille.<br \/>\n3.Ajouter cette pr\u00e9paration au m\u00e9lange \u0153ufs\/sucre.<br \/>\n4.Remettre sur le feu et faire \u00e9paissir doucement tout en remuant constamment jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange forme une pellicule sur le dos de la cuill\u00e8re en vois.
