Un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour le crumble (2 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>30g de cassonade<br \/>\n30g de sucre<br \/>\n30g de farine<br \/>\n25g de poudre d&rsquo;amandes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour les poires caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 poires<br \/>\n30g de sucre<br \/>\nune noisette de beurre<br \/>\nune poign\u00e9e de raisins (frais ou secs selon la saison)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-553\" title=\"crumble-poires-et-glace-choco-menthe\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/09\/crumble-poires-et-glace-choco-menthe-1.jpg?resize=375%2C500\" alt=\"crumble-poires-et-glace-choco-menthe\" width=\"375\" height=\"500\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Couper le beurre frais en cubes et m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour le crumble en les \u00e9miettant (s&rsquo;arr\u00eater bien avant que cela ne forme une boule de p\u00e2te).<br \/>\n2.Eparpiller cette pr\u00e9paration dans un plat afin de faire plusieurs petites boules difformes.<br \/>\n3.Faire cuire 15 minutes \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<br \/>\n4.Pendant ce temps, \u00e9plucher et couper les poires en d\u00e9s.<br \/>\n5.Dans une po\u00eale, faire fondre le beurre.<br \/>\n6.Ajouter les poires. Lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont fondantes, ajouter le sucre et les raisins.
