Les couper en petits d\u00e9s. Dans une po\u00eale, les faire revenir avec le beurre sal\u00e9. Saupoudrer d&rsquo;un peu de sucre et verser le 1\/2 jus de citron. Monter le feu afin de faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9liser les poires.<br \/>\n2.R\u00e9partir les poires dans des verrines.<br \/>\n3.Ecraser les biscuits.<br \/>\n4.Chauffer le chocolat avec un peu d&rsquo;eau au micro-ondes. Ensuite ajouter la cr\u00e8me et le sucre glace afin d&rsquo;obtenir une ganache.
