En voici faites de maquereaux :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 kg de maquereaux<br \/>\n1 bouquet garni<br \/>\n1 oignon<br \/>\njus d&rsquo;un citron<br \/>\n1 clou de girofle<br \/>\n50 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<br \/>\n1 verre de moutarde<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/09\/rillettes_maquereaux.jpg?resize=500%2C373\" alt=\"rillettes_maquereaux\" title=\"rillettes_maquereaux\" width=\"500\" height=\"373\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-519\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Mettre les maquereaux dans une cocotte d&rsquo;eau froide avec le bouquet garni, l&rsquo;oignon avec le clou de girofle.<br \/>\n2.Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis \u00e9teindre.<br \/>\n3.Laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement puis \u00e9plucher les poissons et retirer les ar\u00eates.<br \/>\n4.\u00c9mietter les maquereaux<br \/>\n5.Les m\u00e9langer avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et la moutarde \u00e0 la fourchette.
