Un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 petits maquereaux vid\u00e9s et \u00e9t\u00eat\u00e9s<br \/>\n2 carottes<br \/>\n1 oignon<br \/>\n1 citron<br \/>\n50 cl de vin blanc sec<br \/>\n10 cl d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n8 clous de girofle<br \/>\n3 branches de thym<br \/>\n3 ou 4 feuilles de laurier<br \/>\nsel et poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/08\/maquereaux-au-vin-blanc-1.jpg?resize=500%2C374\" alt=\"maquereaux-au-vin-blanc\" title=\"maquereaux-au-vin-blanc\" width=\"500\" height=\"374\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-503\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Nettoyer les maquereaux.<br \/>\n2.Peler et couper en fines rondelles l&rsquo;oignon et les carottes. Couper le citron en rondelles.<br \/>\n3.Dans une cocotte, verser le vin blanc et l&rsquo;eau.
