Ensuite les poser sur un torchon pour absorber l\u2019exc\u00e9dent d\u2019eau.<br \/>\n2.D\u00e9cortiquer les crevettes.<br \/>\n3.Enrouler la crevette d\u2019une feuille de menthe, puis d\u20191\/4 de galette de riz.<br \/>\n4.Fermer par un pic de bois (transpercer en partant du haut de la crevette pour que le pic ne g\u00eane pas \u00e0 la cuisson).<br \/>\n5.Dans une sauteuse, verser 1cm d\u2019huile et quand elle est bien chaude faire frire les papillotes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br \/>\n6.Une fois le papillotes pr\u00eates, les poser sur du papier absorbant et saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suggestion<\/strong> : servir en entr\u00e9e avec quelques feuilles de salade, \u00e0 l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif, lors d&rsquo;une pique, \u00e0 croquer nature.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette qui va plaire aux enfants, comme aux parents. \u00c7a croustille, c\u2019est l\u00e9ger : vous allez vous r\u00e9galer !
