Les couleurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 dans votre assiette !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 poulet<br \/>\n2 oignons<br \/>\n2 poivrons rouges, jaunes et verts<br \/>\n3 grosses tomates<br \/>\n2 gousses d\u2019ail<br \/>\n4 c. \u00e0 s. d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br \/>\n1 pinc\u00e9e de gros sel<br \/>\nsel, poivre<br \/>\npersil frais pour d\u00e9corer<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/08\/poivrons-1.jpg?resize=500%2C333\" alt=\"poivrons\" title=\"poivrons\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-416\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Eplucher et vider les tomates. Les couper en petits morceaux.<br \/>\n2.Nettoyer les poivrons et les d\u00e9couper en lani\u00e8res.<br \/>\n3.Hacher grossi\u00e8rement les oignons.<br \/>\n4.D\u00e9couper le poulet en une dizaine de morceaux.<br \/>\n5.Dans une casserole faire chauffer 2 c. \u00e0 s. d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire dorer les morceaux de poulet. Saupoudrer d\u2019une pinc\u00e9e de gros sel.<br \/>\n6.Pendant ce temps, dans une autre casserole faire revenir les oignons hach\u00e9s et les poivrons en lani\u00e8res. Saler et poivrer. Laisser cuire 5 min. \u00e0 feu doux.<br \/>\n7.Ajouter les tomates et 1 gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e.
