Il se consomme en salade, grill\u00e9, farci&#8230; et rentre dans la pr\u00e9paration de tr\u00e8s nombreux plats. Voici la recette d&rsquo;un cake au thon. Un vrai r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cake au thon et aux poivrons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 ml de lait<br \/>\n150 g de farine<br \/>\n2 \u0153uf<br \/>\n1 bo\u00eete de thon<br \/>\n1\/3 de poivron rouge, 1\/3 de poivron vert, 1\/3 de poivron jaune<br \/>\n2 cc de levure<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/08\/cake_thon_3-poivrons-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"cake_thon_3-poivrons\" title=\"cake_thon_3-poivrons\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-400\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Couper le poivron en petits d\u00e9s.<br \/>\n3.Dans un bol m\u00e9langer le lait et l&rsquo;\u0153uf.<br \/>\n4.Ajouter l&rsquo;huile, la farine et la levure.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter le thon \u00e9miett\u00e9 et le poivron. Saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n6.Enduire un moule \u00e0 cake d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et verser la pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\n7.Enfourner pendant 20 min environ.<\/p>\n<p>Suggestion : utiliser des moules \u00e0 muffins ou 4 petits moules \u00e0 cake.
