Il contient de la vitamine A et C. Pour faciliter sa digestion, il faut enlever sa peau ou bien le cuire. C\u00f4t\u00e9 cuisine, le poivron peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 cru ou cuit, en salade compos\u00e9e, ratatouille, piperade, &#8230; mais pas seulement.
