Le fruit cru a la texture d&rsquo;une \u00e9ponge et un go\u00fbt assez d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able. Toutefois, cuit, il devient tendre et d\u00e9veloppe une saveur riche et complexe, comparable \u00e0 celle des champignons Portobello, voire du c\u00e8pe.<\/p>\n<p>Voici une recette pleine d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes et de saveurs !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cr\u00eapes aux aubergines et crevettes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>cr\u00eapes<br \/>\n300 g de crevettes cuites d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es<br \/>\n1 aubergine (400 g environ)<br \/>\n1 petit bouquet de ciboulette<br \/>\n2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\ncurcuma, curry, sel, piment<br \/>\n20 cl de riz cuisine (cr\u00e8me de riz)<br \/>\nhuile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n40 g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/08\/crepe-aubergine_crevettes.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"crepe-aubergine_crevettes\" title=\"crepe-aubergine_crevettes\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-381\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00c9plucher et couper l&rsquo;aubergine en quatre dans le sens de la longueur, puis chaque morceau en fines lamelles.<br \/>\n2.Dans un po\u00eale, faire revenir les lamelles d&rsquo;aubergine dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive en les remuant.<br \/>\n3.Ajouter les crevettes, l&rsquo;ail et la ciboulette coup\u00e9e finement, le sel, le piment, le curcuma et le curry.<br \/>\n4.Laisser mijoter environ 5 minutes, puis ajouter le riz cuisine.<br \/>\n5.Laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux encore 5 minutes.
