Il est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 base d&rsquo;aubergines et de poivrons grill\u00e9s \u00e9cras\u00e9s, du persil et de l&rsquo;ail. Voici la recette :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 aubergines<br \/>\n2 poivrons verts<br \/>\n2 poivrons rouges<br \/>\n2 tomates fra\u00eeches (moyens)<br \/>\n3 gousse d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\npersil, de l\u2019aneth<br \/>\nhuile d\u2019olive<br \/>\nvinaigre de vin rouge<br \/>\nsel<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/08\/kyopolou.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"kyopolou\" title=\"kyopolou\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-372\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Mettre les aubergines et les poivrons au four jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient cuits (30 &#8211; 40 min).<br \/>\n3.Une fois cuits, les couvrir avec un couvercle pour environ 20 min.<br \/>\n4.Pendant ce temps, blanchir les tomates dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e bouillante 1 min.<br \/>\n5.Eplucher les aubergines, les poivrons et les tomates.<br \/>\n6.Les passer au mixeur avec l\u2019ail, le persil, l&rsquo;aneth. Saler.<br \/>\n7.Ajouter de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et du vinaigre.<\/p>\n<p>Servir bien frais !<\/p>\n<p>Suggestion : au lieu de passer au mixeur, couper les l\u00e9gumes en petits morceaux.
