Elle apportera un peu d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 et de soleil aux petits d\u00e9jeuners ou aux go\u00fbters d\u2019hiver. Une gouteuse confiture de cerises \u00e0 faire d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 toute la famille ! Voici la recette :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 kg de cerises<br \/>\n1,5 kg de sucre cristallis\u00e9<br \/>\n50 g de rhum<br \/>\n1 gousse de vanille<br \/>\nle jus d&rsquo;un citron<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2011\/06\/21\/2801-confiture-de-cerises\/confiture-de-cerises\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2803\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2011\/06\/Confiture-de-cerises-1.jpg?resize=500%2C333\" alt=\"\" title=\"Confiture de cerises\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2803\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Equeuter et laver les cerises. Ensuite les d\u00e9noyauter en utilisant un d\u00e9noyauteur.<br \/>\n2.Dans une marmite, d\u00e9poser les fruits et recouvrir de sucre. Puis verser le rhum et ajouter le jeu de citron, et la gousse de vanille fendue en deux. M\u00e9langer et laisser mac\u00e9rer 3 heures.<\/p>\n<p>3.Au bout de ce temps, m\u00e9langer, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et mettre \u00e0 feu moyen environ 20 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et sans oublier d&rsquo;enlever de temps \u00e0 autre la mousse sur la confiture.<br \/>\n4.Lorsque la confiture commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir, v\u00e9rifier la cuisson \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une petite cuill\u00e8re et d&rsquo;une coupelle : la confiture sera pr\u00eate lorsqu&rsquo;une goutte de confiture sur la coupelle s&rsquo;arr\u00eate tr\u00e8s vite.<br \/>\n5.Verser la confiture encore bouillante dans des pots tr\u00e8s propres.
