Laisser reposer dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>2.Laver les courgettes et les essuyer. Ensuite les couper en rondelles et les saler.<br \/>\n3.Dans une po\u00eale, mettre de l&rsquo;huile et le faire chauffer.<br \/>\n4.Passer les rondelles dans de la farine (de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9) et les faire cuire dans l&rsquo;huile bien chaud. Les retirer d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es.
