Laver les feuilles dans une grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau froide. Bien les \u00e9goutter dans une passoire.<br \/>\n2.Eplucher les pommes de terre et les couper en petits morceaux.<br \/>\n3.Peler les oignons et l\u2019ail et les hacher finement.<br \/>\n4.Dans une casserole, faire chauffer l\u2019huile et y faire revenir les oignons et l\u2019ail, \u00e0 feu doux, pendant 3 min.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter les pommes de terre, verser un litre d&rsquo;eau et saler. Couvrir et laisser mijoter environ 20 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les pommes de terre soient tendres.<br \/>\n6.Ajouter les \u00e9pinards et poursuivre la cuisson 5 minutes. Ensuite passer la soupe au mixeur.<br \/>\n7.Verser la cr\u00e8me et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.
