L&rsquo;agneau se marie harmonieusement aux artichauts, aux navets et aux carottes&#8230; R\u00e9galez-vous sans plus attendre !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1,2 kg d&rsquo;\u00e9paule d&rsquo;agneau<br \/>\n4 petits navets ronds<br \/>\n1 botte de carottes<br \/>\n5 pommes de terre nouvelles<br \/>\n1 bouquet d&rsquo;artichauts violets<br \/>\n400 g de petits pois<br \/>\n8 petits oignons blancs<br \/>\n2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n1 bouquet de menthe<br \/>\n40 g de beurre<br \/>\n1 c \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de thym<br \/>\n1 citron<br \/>\nsel, poivre <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2011\/03\/22\/2476-tajine-dagneau-aux-legumes\/tajine_agneau_legumes\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2490\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2011\/03\/Tajine_agneau_legumes-1.jpg?resize=500%2C332\" alt=\"\" title=\"Tajine_agneau_legumes\" width=\"500\" height=\"332\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2490\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Couper l&rsquo;agneau en cubes.<br \/>\n2.Gratter les navets et les carottes sous l&rsquo;eau ; peler et rincer les pommes de terre ; nettoyer les petits pois ; \u00e9plucher les oignons en leur laissant la tige verte.<br \/>\n3.\u00c9plucher les artichauts, les couper en 4 et les asperger du jus d&rsquo;1 citron.<br \/>\n4.Plonger les petits pois 5 min dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e puis les \u00e9goutter.<br \/>\n5.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 th 8 (240\u00b0).<br \/>\n6.\u00c9mincer les oignons et l&rsquo;ail, couper en d\u00e9s les pommes de terre, les navets et les carottes.<br \/>\n7.Dans un tajine, faire revenir la viande avec les oignons dans le beurre.<br \/>\n8.Ajouter les d\u00e9s de l\u00e9gumes, les petits pois, les artichauts et la menthe cisel\u00e9e. Saler, poivrer, ajouter le thym et m\u00e9langer.
