Cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 Cuba dans les ann\u00e9es 1910, rendu populaire par Ernest Hemingway, rien de mieux dans les chaleurs estivales que siroter un Mojito au bord de la mer, au coucher du soleil&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 1 verre) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 cl de rhum cubain id\u00e9alement blanc (havana club, bacardi)<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cassonade<br \/>\n1\/2 citrons verts<br \/>\n10 feuilles de menthe poivr\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0hierba buena\u00a0\u00bb,<br \/>\neau gazeuse (perrier)<br \/>\nglace non pil\u00e9e (la glace pil\u00e9e fond trop vite et donc oxyde la menthe qui change alors totalement de go\u00fbt)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/06\/mojito-1.jpg?resize=375%2C500\" alt=\"mojito\" title=\"mojito\" width=\"375\" height=\"500\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-245\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Dans un verre, placer une dizaine de feuilles de menthe, la cassonade et 4 d\u00e9s de citron vert.<br \/>\n2.Piler consciencieusement afin d&rsquo;exprimer l&rsquo;essence de la menthe sans la broyer.<br \/>\n3.Ajouter de la glace non pil\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;en haut du verre et m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n4.Ajouter le rhum.<br \/>\n5.Compl\u00e9ter jusqu&rsquo;en haut du verre avec de l&rsquo;eau gazeuse et m\u00e9langer doucement avec une paille pour faire remonter les citrons et la menthe en haut du verre.<\/p>\n<p>Suggestion : d\u00e9corer de feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeches.
