Passer au mixeur afin de les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e.<br \/>\n2.Monter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en chantilly. Quand elle commence \u00e0 prendre, ajouter le sucre petit \u00e0 petit sans cesser de fouetter.<br \/>\n3.M\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement la chantilly \u00e0 la pur\u00e9e de kiwis.<br \/>\n4.Monter les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153uf en neige tr\u00e8s ferme. Les incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration fruit\u00e9e.<br \/>\n5.R\u00e9partir la mousse dans des ramequins. D\u00e9corer avec les rondelles de kiwi r\u00e9serv\u00e9es. Placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 2 heures.
