{"id":2299,"date":"2010-11-29T11:04:35","date_gmt":"2010-11-29T09:04:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/?p=2299"},"modified":"2010-11-29T11:04:35","modified_gmt":"2010-11-29T09:04:35","slug":"risotto-aux-endives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2010\/11\/29\/2299-risotto-aux-endives\/","title":{"rendered":"Risotto aux endives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/11\/risotto-aux-endives-1.jpg?resize=167%2C250\" alt=\"risotto-aux-endives\" title=\"risotto-aux-endives\" width=\"167\" height=\"250\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2301\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Un d\u00e9licieux risotto cr\u00e9meux tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser qui accompagnera \u00e0 merveille toutes vos viandes r\u00f4ties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>400 g de riz<br \/>\n3 endives<br \/>\n20 cl de vin blanc<br \/>\n2 \u00e9chalotes<br \/>\n2 cubes de bouillon<br \/>\n6 c \u00e0 s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n4 c \u00e0 s de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n2 c \u00e0 c de curcuma<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Pr\u00e9parer les l\u00e9gumes : les \u00e9plucher et les laver ; couper les endives en fines rondelles ; \u00e9mincer les \u00e9chalotes.<br \/>\n2.Pr\u00e9parer le bouillon avec les cubes, le vin blanc et 90 cl d&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\n3.Dans une po\u00eale, faire revenir dans de l&rsquo;huile chaude les \u00e9chalotes. Ajouter les endives et laisser cuire quelques minutes \u00e0 feux doux en remuant.<br \/>\n4.
