Une fois cuits, retirer les lardons du la sauteuse et les disposer sur du papier absorbant.<br \/>\n3.Verser les endives dans la sauteuse et les faire dorer des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s pendent 5 minutes.<br \/>\n4.Ajouter les lardons, puis verser le vin blanc et laisser le tout mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 25 minutes.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter enfin le jus d&rsquo;un demi citron et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.
