Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<br \/>\n1 kg d&rsquo;endives<br \/>\n200 g de saumon fum\u00e9<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel<br \/>\n2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n75 g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\npoivre<br \/>\nmuscade<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Couper les endives en tron\u00e7ons d&rsquo;environ 1 cm et les faire cuire environ 25 minutes au cuit-vapeur.<br \/>\n2.Faire fondre le beurre et y faire revenir les endives pr\u00e9-cuites en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pendant une dizaine de minutes.<br \/>\nAjouter enfin le miel et bien m\u00e9langer avec les lani\u00e8res d&rsquo;endives.<br \/>\n3.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n4.Etaler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e dans un moule \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9 sans oublier de la faire piquer avec une fourchette.<br \/>\n5.Dans un saladier, battre les \u0153ufs en omelette avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Ajouter les endives cuites, les tranches de saumon et une pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade r\u00e2p\u00e9e.
