Ajouter le potiron. Couvrir avec le fond de volaille et cuire \u00e0 petit feu jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le l\u00e9gume soit tendre.<br \/>\n4.Passer au robot.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter la cr\u00e8me, 1 pinc\u00e9e de sucre, sel et poivre. M\u00e9langer et r\u00e9server.<br \/>\n6.Couper le foie en d\u00e9s et laisser au frais.<br \/>\n7.Servir dans des bols : r\u00e9partir les cubes de foie gras dans les bols et verser la cr\u00e8me par dessus.
