Profitons-en pour se r\u00e9galer avec ces galettes fondantes se mariant parfaitement avec le s\u00e9same. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/10\/galettes-de-potiron-1.jpg?resize=320%2C177\" alt=\"galettes-de-potiron\" title=\"galettes-de-potiron\" width=\"320\" height=\"177\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2107\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tranche de potiron (petite)<br \/>\n1 oignon<br \/>\ngomasio (condiment compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9 et de sel marin tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9 dans la cuisine japonaise)<br \/>\n1 grosse c \u00e0 s de s\u00e9same<br \/>\nfarine (moins de 100 g)<br \/>\npoivre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Peler et hacher le potiron, puis le presser dans une passoire pour retirer son jus.<br \/>\n2.Nettoyer et \u00e9mincer l&rsquo;oignon.<br \/>\n3.Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer le potiron hach\u00e9, l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, le s\u00e9same, la farine (suffisamment pour avoir une p\u00e2te assez compacte). Saler avec le gomasio et poivrer.<br \/>\n4.Dans une po\u00eale huil\u00e9e, placer des boulettes de cette pr\u00e9paration et les presser avec une spatule pour leur donner une forme de galette.
