Certains s&rsquo;\u00e9tonnent et s&rsquo;effrayent \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que l&rsquo;on puisse associer \u00e0 la fois cheese &amp; cake. Mais en fait c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice !<br \/>\nLe cheescake est un g\u00e2teau d\u2019origine anglo-saxonne. C\u2019est un peu la version anglaise &amp; am\u00e9ricaine de l\u2019Alsacienne Tarte au fromage blanc. C\u2019est une cro\u00fbte biscuit\u00e9e sur laquelle tr\u00f4ne une pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 base de fromage. Apr\u00e8s, libre \u00e0 chacun de se laisser aller \u00e0 toutes les folies dans le choix de fromages et de parfums.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cheesecake aux fraises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e2te :<\/strong><br \/>\n200 g de biscuits secs (type petit-beurre)<br \/>\n110 g de beurre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garniture :<\/strong><br \/>\n300 g de fraises<br \/>\n1 citron<br \/>\n400 g de fromage frais \u00e9goutt\u00e9 : ricotta, faisselle ou brousse (fromage frais de vache)<br \/>\n125 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n3 oeufs<br \/>\n125 g de sucre semoule<br \/>\n2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe rases de farine<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-210\" title=\"cheesecake-fraise\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/06\/cheesecake-fraise-1.jpg?resize=440%2C400\" alt=\"cheesecake-fraise\" width=\"440\" height=\"400\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e2te :<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Mettre le fromage blanc \u00e0 \u00e9goutter 3h \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance dans une passoire.<br \/>\n2.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<br \/>\n3.R\u00e9duire (avec un robot ou dans un torchon), les biscuits secs fa\u00e7on sable. Y incorporer le beurre fondu.<br \/>\n4.Tapisser le moule de cette p\u00e2te en l&rsquo;\u00e9talant \u00e0 la main ou fourchette. Enfourner pour 10 min.<br \/>\n5.Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garniture<\/strong><br \/>\n1.R\u00e2per le zeste du citron.<br \/>\n2.Laver et \u00e9queuter les fraises.<br \/>\n3.Garder 100gr de fraises pour la d\u00e9coration. Couper les autres en quantre.<br \/>\n4.Mixer le fromage avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter le sucre semoule, le sucre vanill\u00e9, la farine, les \u0153ufs et le zeste de citron. Mixer 30 secondes.<br \/>\n6.M\u00e9langer les fraises avec la cr\u00e8me au fromage blanc.<br \/>\n7.Enfourner pour 1h10.<br \/>\n8.Laisser refroidir le g\u00e2teau.
