D\u2019une saveur d\u00e9licate, mais \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s riche, il conviendra de le servir \u00e0 la fin d\u2019un repas l\u00e9ger !<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/10\/gateau-aux-marrons-1.jpg?resize=300%2C274\" alt=\"gateau-aux-marrons\" title=\"gateau-aux-marrons\" width=\"300\" height=\"274\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2088\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 c \u00e0 s de ma\u00efzena<br \/>\n1 c \u00e0 c de levure chimique<br \/>\n3 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n100 g de beurre<br \/>\n750 g de cr\u00e8me de marron<br \/>\n100 g de chocolat noir<br \/>\n1 c \u00e0 s de sucre glace<br \/>\n5 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs.<br \/>\n2.Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me de marron au beurre ramolli, puis incorporer les jaunes.<br \/>\n3.Tamiser la levure et la ma\u00efzena au dessus du saladier et m\u00e9langer le tout jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9paration homog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\n4.Monter les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153uf en neige ferme. Ensuite les incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration<br \/>\n5.Verser le tout dans un moule tapiss\u00e9 de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et faire cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C environ 45 minutes (v\u00e9rifier la cuisson \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pointe de couteau).<br \/>\n6.Une fois cuit, laisser le g\u00e2teau refroidir, puis le d\u00e9mouler.<br \/>\n7.Quand ce dernier est froid, faire fondre le chocolat au bain-marie, ajouter le sucre glace, puis la cr\u00e8me liquide bouillante.<br \/>\n8.Glacer le g\u00e2teau, le d\u00e9corer de quelques marrons glac\u00e9s et r\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un g\u00e2teau tr\u00e8s moelleux, pour ceux qui aime les ch\u00e2taignes, il est un pur bonheur !
