Voici la recette:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarte aux fraises \u00e0 la mascarpone<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4\/6 personnes) :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e :<\/strong><br \/>\n250 g de farine<br \/>\n125 g de beurre<br \/>\n70 g de sucre<br \/>\n2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs<br \/>\n5 cl d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garniture :<\/strong><br \/>\n250 gr de mascarpone<br \/>\n2 bonne cuiller\u00e9es de sucre glace<br \/>\n20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide (pour chantilly)<br \/>\n500 gr de fraises.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-206\" title=\"tarte-fraise\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/06\/tarte-fraise-1.jpg?resize=500%2C500\" alt=\"tarte-fraise\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e2te :<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Fouetter les jaunes, le beurre, le sucre et le sel.<br \/>\n2.Ajouter la farine progressivement.<br \/>\n3.M\u00e9langer au doigt la p\u00e2te jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la consistance soit sableuse. Former une boule avec les paumes.<br \/>\n4.Laisser ensuite reposer la p\u00e2te 30 min au frigo.<br \/>\n5.Foncer un moule de 25 cm de diam\u00e8tre avec la p\u00e2te, garnissez la de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et de haricots secs.<br \/>\n6.Faire cuire \u00e0 blanc 20 \u00e0 25 min, \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garniture :<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Verser la mascarpone dans un bol mixeur, ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et le sucre glace.<br \/>\n2.M\u00e9langer au batteur \u00e9lectrique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me devienne chantilly (environ 5 petites minutes).<br \/>\n3.R\u00e9pandre uniform\u00e9ment la chantilly sur le fond de tarte.<br \/>\n4.\u00c9queuter et laver les fraises.
