En plus il contient plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs essentiels, dont le mangan\u00e8se et le cuivre.<\/p>\n<p>On d\u00e9guste le raisin frais, tel quel mais il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 en p\u00e2tisserie ou en cuisine. Voici la recette d&rsquo;une d\u00e9licieuse compote de raisins :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/09\/compote-de-raisins-1.jpg?resize=300%2C300\" alt=\"compote-de-raisins\" title=\"compote-de-raisins\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2022\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 kg de raisins (chasselas)<br \/>\n1\/4 litre d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n75g de sucre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Laver et \u00e9grener les raisins.<br \/>\n2.Faire chauffer l&rsquo;eau et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition.<br \/>\n3.Laisser cuire ce sirop jusqu&rsquo;au filet.<br \/>\n4.Ajouter les grains de raisins et laisser cuire 5 min.<br \/>\n5.Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<br \/>\n6.Servir bien froid dans des coupes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le raisin est un fruit \u00e9clatant de saveur.
