Une excellente sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 d&rsquo;automne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e2te sucr\u00e9e :<\/strong><br \/>\n250g de farine<br \/>\n125g de beurre<br \/>\n1 \u0153uf<br \/>\n50g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garniture :<\/strong><br \/>\n2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153uf<br \/>\n25 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n3 c \u00e0 s de sucre poudre<br \/>\n1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<br \/>\n200g fr graines de raisins<br \/>\n3 c \u00e0 soupe de Cognac<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/09\/tarte-aux-raisins-1.jpg?resize=600%2C450\" alt=\"tarte-aux-raisins\" title=\"tarte-aux-raisins\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2012\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>La p\u00e2te :<\/em><br \/>\n1.Mixer le tout dans votre robot. Ajouter un \u0153uf et mixer de nouveau.<br \/>\n2.Mettre la p\u00e2te en boule dans un film \u00e9tirable et laisser reposer au frigo une heure environ.<\/p>\n<p><em>Raisins :<\/em><br \/>\n1.Mettre dans un saladier les graines de raisins  et laisser mariner avec 2 c \u00e0 s de cognac.<\/p>\n<p><em>La cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<\/em><br \/>\n1.M\u00e9langer les deux jaunes, la cr\u00e8me liquide, le sucre poudre et le sucre vanill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Etaler la p\u00e2te et la mettre dans un moule \u00e0 tarte.
