Vous pouvez utiliser n&rsquo;importe quelle eau-de-vie : cognac, armagnac, rhum, whisky, vodka et m\u00eame certains vins ap\u00e9ritifs. Il faut savoir que tous les fruits conserv\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;alcool se conservent sans date limite : leur qualit\u00e9 sera irr\u00e9prochable au cours des ann\u00e9es, seule la teneur en alcool diminue et principalement dans les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<br \/>\nChoisissez des bocaux poss\u00e9dant des fermetures tr\u00e8s herm\u00e9tiques, avec des caoutchoucs neufs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cerises \u00e0 eau-de-vie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br \/>\n1 kg de cerises acidul\u00e9es (griottes ou montmorency)<br \/>\n250 g de sucre en poudre<br \/>\n1 l d&rsquo;eau de vie \u00e0 40\u00b0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-201\" title=\"cerises_eau-de-vie\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/06\/cerises_eau-de-vie-1.jpg?resize=320%2C213\" alt=\"cerises_eau-de-vie\" width=\"320\" height=\"213\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Rincer les cerises. Avec une paire de ciseaux, coupez la moiti\u00e9 des queues.<br \/>\n2.Mettre les cerises, en les alternant avec des couches de sucre dans les bocaux pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9bouillant\u00e9s et s\u00e9ch\u00e9s. 3.Fermer les bocaux et laisser mac\u00e9rer 48 heures.<br \/>\n4.Recouvrir alors d&rsquo;eau de vie.<br \/>\n5.Refermer \u00e0 nouveau les bocaux.
