Vous allez adorer !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>20 g de farine<br \/>\n10 g de f\u00e9cule<br \/>\n30 g de beurre<br \/>\n4 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n20 cl de lait<br \/>\n150 g de saumon fum\u00e9<br \/>\nanis en poudre ou extrait<br \/>\n1\/2 citron press\u00e9<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/09\/souffle-au-saumon-1024x768.jpg?resize=512%2C384\" alt=\"souffle-au-saumon\" title=\"souffle-au-saumon\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1982\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Hacher finement le saumon, le parfumer avec le jus de citron et l&rsquo;anis.<br \/>\n2.Dans une casserole, pr\u00e9parer le fond de b\u00e9chamel : faire fondre le beurre ; ajouter la farine et la f\u00e9cule, m\u00e9langer bien ; verser le lait, remuer \u00e9nergiquement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la b\u00e9chamel prenne et devienne une p\u00e2te bien lisse. Retirer du feu.<br \/>\n3.Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n4.S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs. Ajouter ces derniers \u00e0 la sauce blanche et m\u00e9langer bien en \u00e9vitant la cuisson.<br \/>\n5.Ajouter le saumon. Saler (si n\u00e9cessaire), poivrer et m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n6.Monter les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs en neige ferme. Les incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l&rsquo;appareil.<br \/>\n7.Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule \u00e0 souffl\u00e9 beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9.
