Elles peuvent \u00eatre plus ou moins fonc\u00e9es selon les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s. Consommez-les rapidement pour profiter de tout leur jus et de tout leur sucre. Il n&rsquo;y a rien de meilleur que de croquer dans un fruit frais&#8230; Les cerises font aussi de tr\u00e8s bonnes p\u00e2tisseries : tartes, clafoutis, souffl\u00e9s. Pensez \u00e9galement \u00e0 en mettre dans vos compotes, salades de fruits et coupes glac\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cake aux cerises confites et au miel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br \/>\n100 g de cerises confites<br \/>\n200 g de farine<br \/>\n100 g de beurre ramolli<br \/>\n100 g de sucre semoule<br \/>\n3 oeufs<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de kirsch<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel<br \/>\n1 sachet de levure chimique<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-193\" title=\"cake-aux-cerises\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2009\/06\/cake-aux-cerises-1.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" alt=\"cake-aux-cerises\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2.Travailler le beurre ramolli et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne cr\u00e9meux.<br \/>\n3.Ajouter le miel, les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un, puis la farine et la levure. Bien battre le tout pour obtenir une p\u00e2te bien lisse.<br \/>\n4.Mouiller la p\u00e2te en versant 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de kirsch.<br \/>\n5.Couper les cerises en 2. Les rouler dans 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine pour ne pas qu&rsquo;elles stagnent au fond du moule.<br \/>\n6.Incorporer les cerises \u00e0 la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cake.<br \/>\n7.Beurrer une moule \u00e0 cake. Y verser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cake.<br \/>\n8.Enfourner et Laisser cuire 35 \u00e0 40 min.
