Pour changer, voici une recette pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en <a href='http:\/\/www.epicuria.fr\/index.php\/2010\/07\/13\/1823-la-cocotte-minute-les-astuces\/'>Cocotte minute<\/a>, elle est donc rapide&#8230; mais pas en moins d\u00e9licieuse ! Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 poulet de 1,5 kg environ<br \/>\n4 oignons<br \/>\n4 tomates<br \/>\n2 courgettes<br \/>\n1 aubergine<br \/>\n2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n2 feuilles de laurier<br \/>\nhuile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\nun verre de vin blanc<br \/>\ngros sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/epicuria.twivi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2010\/07\/poulet-aux-legumes-1024x845.jpg?resize=512%2C422\" alt=\"poulet-aux-legumes\" title=\"poulet-aux-legumes\" width=\"512\" height=\"422\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1839\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Nettoyer les l\u00e9gumes. Couper les courgettes et l&rsquo;aubergine en morceaux, les oignons et tomates en petits quartiers.<br \/>\n2.Dans une cocotte minute, mettre un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faire dorer le poulet de chaque cot\u00e9.<br \/>\n3.Ajouter ensuite les l\u00e9gumes, l&rsquo;ail, une grosse pinc\u00e9e de sel, du poivre, les feuilles de laurier.
